Equipment Overview

The fixed single-component visual dispensing and painting machine is customized based on factors such as the customer's glue, paint ink, production process, and product size. Four standard models have been developed. The machine is designed through an integrated approach using imported screw motor modules, CCD vision system, marble platform, and automatic dispensing methods; products can be placed freely in the identification area and automatically positioned and identified. It can be used for painting, applying ink, and dispensing solder paste in product manufacturing processes. The left and right dual cameras for identification and dual platforms can alternate for automatic operation. Compared to manual dispensing, the efficiency can be increased by 2-5 times. It is widely used for dispensing and painting of products such as jewelry, metal signs, window decorations, fish eyes, decorations, hanging beads, inductors, transformers, etc.
